sResponsibilities * Responsibility for monitoring all activities at customer site on installation/commissioning by service team.
Provide in-depth technical training to customers on products maintenance and commissioning purposed.
Records all machine commissioning status and follow-up closely with customer for replacement and improvements.
Monitor all product related routine service and breakdown work and training at customer\xe2\x80\x99s premises on the above-mentioned equipment & systems.
Liaise with other departments/organizations such as mechanical design, control system, production, QA and all product related department as necessary to ensure effective service and product quality to customer.
Communicate with customers regarding product quality and revert all issues and findings to QA department for incoming, in process and outgoing product quality checking.
Maintain good relationship with customers.
To complete and compile detailed repair service, commissioning and open items reports.
To ensure all related product documentations prepared for customer.
Look for continuous improvement opportunities in-house and at customer sites.
Prepare & maintain Technical Reports and all related product documentation.
