Job Description

s:

Provide routine technical service support to Sales Representatives for key district accounts, ensuring execution of customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans. Assist Sales Representatives in conducting plant surveys for potential customers. Support the start-up of new applications for both existing clients and newly acquired accounts. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in major district accounts where service support is provided. Deliver technical assistance by identifying and resolving customer issues, and escalate when necessary. Perform problem-solving activities through system analysis, data interpretation, and preparation of written recommendations to optimize customer operations. Carry out service tasks including sample testing, basic maintenance, customer support, service report preparation, chemical ordering, inventory management, and general on-site duties. Adhere to all safety guidelines and incident reporting procedures.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Background in water treatment or specialty chemicals is preferred. Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, or wastewater treatment systems is an added advantage. Ability to present and sell value-added products and solutions to customers. Confident and capable of engaging with large national and multinational clients. Strong mechanical aptitude. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
