Application Engineer (Heavy) - Pasir Gudang, Johor

Basic salary: RM2,800 - RM3,200
Allowance: Transport allowance: RM200 - RM800 (depends on plants area and company\'s car availability)
Benefit: Medical insurance
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable/possibility to convert for permanent)

-Provide routine service and sales support in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
-Assist with plant surveys of prospective customers.
-Assist with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts.
-Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts where you provide service support.
-Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.
-Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
-Support services include: Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities.
-Follow company safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Own car driving license
- Min 1 year experience
