Qualifications :

- Possess a Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering or relevant discipline

Other Requirements :

- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an application support or operations role

- Demonstrated strong understanding and practical ability in application troubleshooting and incident resolution methodologies for web applications, including advanced root cause analysis and comprehensive log investigation

- Proficiency in software testing (e.g., functional, regression, User Acceptance Testing support) to validate application behaviour and fixes effectively

- Familiar in database management systems, application server technologies, web application architecture and components

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Provide expert second-level support for a diverse portfolio of web applications, addressing end-user issues and managing day-to-day operational tasks

- Conduct thorough application debugging and provide precise, actionable feedback for issue resolution

- Proactively manage and execute server patching and updates to maintain optimal system performance, security, and integrity

- Fulfill critical data query and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to various departments

- Efficiently resolve incident tickets, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Contribute to basic project execution and initiatives, leveraging Agile or Scrum methodologies for effective delivery

- Lead the management and execution of application security upgrades, patches, and updates to safeguard our systems

- Oversee vendor onboarding, administration, and ongoing relationship management to meet operational and project needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
