Job Description

The Application & Project Manager will oversee and manage technical projects within the industrial automation sector, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, partners, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery across all phases.
• Lead your team in providing technical and commercial support during the pre-order stage, ensuring proposals meet customer requirements.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex machinery sales projects-from initial offer through planning, execution, and delivery-while maintaining clear communication and coordination.
• Take ownership of technical documentation and manage interdisciplinary project teams worldwide, including on-site activities at customer locations.
• Drive smooth project implementation by identifying risks early, planning countermeasures, and maintaining control throughout execution.
• Monitor progress through regular status updates, milestone tracking, and cost control to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Ensure effective planning and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business with a strong technical foundation.

• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
