• Participation in the group "Application Service Providing ASP"
• Provision of the group-wide available platform (e.g. Citrix XenApp, Citrix Xen Desktop and additional required system components)
• Provision of group-wide available applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders as application manager to support the application
• Regularly take part in on call duty
• Independent processing of requests for the introduction of new application software, based on the existing standards.
• Independent analysis, planning, coordination, deployment and rollout of the terminal servers and the deployed applications in accordance with the applicable internal standards.
• Independent organization and continuous optimization of maintenance, usability, performance, stability, security, economic factors, as well as the elimination of vulnerabilities.
• Independent planning and implementation of trainings of internal groups for the systems provided by the ASP team.
• 3rd-level support. Analysis of failure messages and their troubleshooting.
• Further development of the ASP platform.

Selection, development and integration of required tools. * Participation in the conception and further development of work processes and the technologies used.

• Participation in and management of projects or subprojects.
• Independent creation of required documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
• Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
• Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
• Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
• Good knowledge of patch management of Windows applications.
• Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Citrix terminal servers, client/server application
• Administrative experience with Microsoft multi -user systems and Citrix application and desktop virtualization.
• Good knowledge of Powershell, SQL databases, Power BI, programming and the administration of Windows operating systems in single and / or multi -user operation.
• Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written, other languages of Asian region would be most welcome
