The incumbent will be the valued expert in providing exceptional application support while having the opportunity to showcase technical expertise. In the pre-sales phase, you will have the opportunity to offer expert advice and captivating demonstrations to customers, ensuring their needs are met and all product-related matters are handled seamlessly within the APAC region. As a key team player, you will take ownership of driving yearly product growth.

• Product Expertise: Thorough knowledge and expertise in the medical devices within the company\'s portfolio, including understanding the technical specifications, capabilities, and applications of the devices.
• Training & Education: Conducting training sessions and workshops for internal staff, clients, and healthcare professionals which involves features and best practices for effective and safe usage.
• Customer Support: Providing technical support and assistance to customers, healthcare providers, and sales teams. Providing post-sales consultation such as user training, troubleshooting, equipment configuration and proposing solutions for application issues.
• Field Support: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations, presentations, and exhibitions. This could include attending conferences, trade shows, and customer visits to showcase the device\'s capabilities.
• Clinical Application: Assisting healthcare professionals in understanding how to integrate the device into clinical settings, ensuring its optimal usage and benefits in patient care.
• Market Insights: Up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and understanding the needs of the healthcare industry to contribute to the development of effective strategies for the company\'s products.

Regional exposure to customer base in different countries in APAC|Highly independent working environment with vast opportunities for growth

• Bachelor\'s degree in electrical/biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
• An established candidate with a minimum of 7 year\'s experience in clinical application or product marketing role for medical equipment.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel both locally and regionally in APAC countries.
• Exceptional effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding ability to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies.
