Job Description

The incumbent will be the valued modality expert in providing exceptional product application support while having the opportunity to showcase technical expertise. In the pre-sales phase you would need to offer expert advise and captivating pre-sales demonstrations to customers, ensuring their needs are met and all product-related matters are handled seamlessly.

Product Consultation and Demonstration

• Provide independent clinical consultations, discussions, and advice to users regarding their specific equipment and solution needs, separate from the sales process.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers as part of market development efforts.
• Demonstrate an understanding of user sensitivity and requirements, collaborating with customers to develop an optimal device/solution portfolio tailored to their needs.
• Take responsibility for managing demo equipment items, including demo kits and accessories.
• Conduct workshops, roadshow product demonstrations, training, and other continuous medical education (CME) events

Sales

• Up-to-date on company\'s and competitors\' product developments and expertise in the market
• Work closely with sales team to ensure company\'s product-wise yearly sales and growth targets are achieved
• Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide a high-level of support to increase customer retention

International brand presence within medical device industry|A work environment with a focus on your personal and career growth

• Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing, Allied Health science or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• An established candidate with a minimum of 2 years\' experience in clinical application or product marketing role for medical equipment, preferably in the ICU or Operation Room environment.
• Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel nationwide.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Outstanding ability to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies to customers.
