Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Application support and user training of laboratory analyzers to customers.
• Conduct application support to sales team in pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales user training.
• Conduct evaluation and correlation study.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in BioChemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related life sciences.
• 1-2 years working experience as Application Support Specialist, or in a Medical Laboratory will be an added advantage.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot problem effectively.
• Communicate well in English/Bahasa and possess effective presentation skills.
• Possess a vehicle and willing to travel.
