About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for technical application responsibilities for molecular biology, immunology, and microbiology products. You will conduct pre- and post-sales technical support, as well as training for customers on-field. You will be a subject-matter expert for your internal colleagues and a key part of customer support. Job Responsibilities: Offer technical support pre-sales and post-sales, responding to both internal and external customer inquiries. This includes providing education, training, and conducting on-site visits to customer labs. Develop and deliver technical seminars for new and existing customers. Actively participate in annual initiatives by facilitating field-based product demonstrations, providing product training, and troubleshooting. Offer valuable feedback on customer experience to departments such as Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing. Explore and implement new applications utilizing our complete product portfolio, including gaining proficiency with new brands, product lines, and software applications through self-learning, internal training, supplier sessions, and collaboration within the team. Collaborate with Overseas Suppliers, Marketing, and Brand Managers to brainstorm and execute training and education programs needed to enhance market awareness. Take responsibility for resolving technical issues, collaborating with principles, and conducting tests with customers and the team to identify suitable solutions. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in biomedical science, biotechnology, molecular biology or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MSc or PhD will be advantageous. 1-2 years of application experience in a life science/research/biotech company. Sales candidates in a life science role are also welcome to apply provided you have a minimum MSc or PhD qualification. Hands-on knowledge of research procedures in molecular biology, immunology, or microbiology. This is a role that requires a high level of technical and scientific proficiency. Excellent communication skills. In this role you will have to present, hold demonstrations and training sessions, and collaborate extensively with internal colleagues and external partners. Problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
