You will play an important role in: 1. Application support and user training of laboratory analyzers to customers.
2. Conduct application support to sales team in pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales user training.
3. Conduct evaluation and correlation study.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you would require:
- Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in BioChemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related life sciences.
- 1-2 years working experience as Application Support Specialist, or in a Medical Laboratory will be an added advantage.
- Self-initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot problem effectively.
- Communicate well in English/Bahasa and possess effective presentation skills.
- Possess a vehicle and willing to travel.
