• Preferably executives with 1-2 years experience specializing in software development services or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Can speak in English & Mandarin.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in IT related fields.
• Positive attitude, service oriented and effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
• Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in communicate with client to clearly understand their business requirements and to provide solutions addressing their needs.
• Able to conduct client's business area assessment, user needs analysis, and prepares business cases for projects, translate them info functional specifications.
• Hands-on roles which involve day-to-day running of continuing client systems.
• Manage end-to-end system lifecycle development and change control, including system testing according to test plan (system QC QA).
• Work with project teams to ensure timely implementation of projects via online or on site, assist in testing new releases of the applications.
• Deliver high quality support that best serves user needs.
• Software/system testing: Develop and execute test plans to identify and document software defects.
• Software design: Create and refine technical specifications and architectural designs based on stakeholder requirements.
• Helpdesk: Provide timely technical support to users and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
