If you are a highly skilled Application Support Analyst who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company!Day-to-Day Responsibilities\xe2\x80\x8bTo support and maintain the company\'s mission critical business applications.Take ownership of incidents and progress through to closureInvestigate and resolve incidents by applying fixes on time and efficientlyDocumenting the troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, testing & resultsProvide assistance and advice to customers in the effective use of systems and applicationsMust be able to clearly communicate to customers, teammates and team leadCreates/enhances, tests and implements programs in accordance to requirement & scopeEnsure that any assigned project work is completed on time and meetsWhat We Are Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what\'s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
