Why does this job exist and why is it critical Day to day Application Support Associate operation task: Solving the Remedy tickets, CRM & ServiceNow cases to meet agreed SLA & OLA Review application SOP & Knowledge Management Handle business escalation for operation matters related to application, customer, and dealer dispute Participate in business and technical discussion, address operation concerns Participate in Internal and External Audit review Perform end to end technical assessment and operation improvements to reduce manual intervention of operations task which including scripting, batch jobs fine tuning and application monitoring. Perform minor development to improve the applications service performance, aiming to reduce manual intervention. Service Management: Attending weekly and monthly governance meeting with Business, Delivery and Managed Services vendor Highlight issue identified and follow up until closure Discuss and drive operation improvements, defects fixes Security Management: Ensure SSL certificate renew on time Ensure application vulnerabilities identified and fixed Manage ID clean up as agreed in Maxis IDM Policy Manage and strengthen password as agreed in Maxis Password Policy Support Security Initiate Project Infrastructure Management: Support infra initiated project/activities related to Wintel, UNIX, DBA, Network, IDM, Backup, Storage, hardware etc. Joint Capacity planning with Infra and delivery team Incident Management: Provided support in incident warroom Participate incident conference call initiated by Incident Manager or Vendor Follow up closely with respective Infra, integrated applications, security team for incident recovery Participate in BCIM Simulation Exercise (BCP, Incident Simulation) Evaluate and update Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Problem Management: Attend, feedback and align RCA review meeting Review and approve RCA Follow up and ensure respective Infra, integrated applications, security team implement the preventive and corrective measure as stated in RCA Change Management: Review, feedback and provide Change Management Ticket approval Attend CAB meeting and address application related queries Attend, approve PIR review and address application related queries Release Management: Attend application handover session, review application related document, feedback and sign-off of application area Review and feedback the operation handover checklist What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
