Open Position: Level 2 & 3 Application Support Engineer, Java (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is looking for Level 2 & 3 Application Support Engineer, Java to join the team and be based in Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Involved in providing Level 2 & 3 Application Software Support covering Java applications
- Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications with SLAs
- Good experience in using software technologies such as Java, Oracle, SQL Database and etc within Linux and Windows environment
- Good experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Javascript, Perl or Shell
- Having a good understanding of ITIL, Agile and Scrum methodologies would be added advantage
- Work closely with Project Managers and Software Engineers for process improvement and delivering high-quality standards & products
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills to resolve issues as well as providing short-term and long-term solutions
- A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
