Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
• Provide training and support to team members on system operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

• Strong fluency in Mandarin language.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and Engineering Support is suggested.
