Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products
Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket
Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response
Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Experience with Linux/Windows server environments
Familiarity with Tencent Cloud services preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred certifications: Tencent Cloud TCA/TCP

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
