Job Description

: - To get involved in daily application support. - Monitor daily system jobs according to daily check list. - Check and monitor application/system health. - Provide technical problem resolution to internal and external parties. - Document processes and procedures as developed or required. - Develop workaround to production system if applicable. - Perform testing on system before rolling out new changes. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. - Basic knowledge in programming languages such as scripting, batch processing is added advantage. - Experience with Windows operating systems. - Knowledge in RDMS such as MS Access, MSSQL. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to meet customer and user expectations. - Excellent communication in English. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
