- Degree In Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- Fresh Grade or \xc2\xbd years Experience in IT Environment
- Basic knowledge in MYSQL and technical skill
- Must be comfortable working in fast pace and pressure
- Willing to work on shift hour
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work as a team player and willing to learn new things
- Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Monitors the production-issue queue and resolves issues while maintaining our Customer Service Level Agreements.
- Provide second-level support for application and technical issue in a timely manner by finding solution using knowledge base.
- Communicates, responsively, and purposely internally and externally
- Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating to the Respective Team for improvement.
