Job Description


  • Monitors the production-issue queue and resolves issues while maintaining our Customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide second-level support for application and technical issue in a timely manner by finding solution using knowledge base.
  • Communicates, responsively, and purposely internally and externally
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating to the Respective Team for improvement.
