Job Description
Responsibilities
Familiar with various DB SQL for monitoring, debugging, enhancement Monitor health status of the system to ensure healthy function of the system including system health and errors of customer transactions. Familiarity of the following tools are an advantage: Dynatrace, LaaS Strong troubleshooting skills to be able to use various tools and understand user flows to isolate issues quickly and effectively. Weekend and midnight BAU support required Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical skills in Java Springboot. Knowledge of mobile app development stack is an advantage Perform deployment of UAT and Production following change procedures and raising change requests Monitor open QC defects and monitor the implementation and deployment of the fixes Familiar with CI/CD tools is mandatory: Bitbucket, Bamboo, Dimension etc Familiar with Appstore and Playstore uploading of binary Ability to write scripts to enhance automation in monitoring

Pay: RM2,089.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
