Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Level 1 support as per assignment on issue, including Infra \xe2\x80\xa2 Software application support related to Hospital information and other clinical systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Level 1 Application Support either onsite or remote \xe2\x80\xa2 Level 1 troubleshooting/ ID creation for all systems, as per SLA standard \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in patch release/ upgrade activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentations \xe2\x80\x93 user guide/ user requirements/ process flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in projects whenever required \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring of Hospital information System \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic SQL trouble-shooting skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in other infra issues whenever required PC; desktop; Printers, WIFI, other peripheral HW supports \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide phone support remotely during standby hours \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend urgent and top priority cases onsite to resolve the incident during standby hours \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Staff is required to Clock-in/out daily during office hours \xe2\x80\xa2 In the event there are any urgent issues on systems, the Support Staff may be required to return to hospital site for support without advance notice Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
