Job Description
IT Service Management on behalf of Service Logistic for Blujay TMS project. Covering activities around incident management, problem management and change management. Knowladge in Linux and Windows.
Technical Requirement:
- Linux/Unix/Windows Server.
- Linux Scripting, LINUX commands.
- Oracle, SQL server (Able to build complex command and read PLSQL scripts)
- JAVA, Web services, Tomcat, JAVA web application.
- TMS (Transport Management System), SupplyChain Knowledge. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- E-ticketing system, ITIL certified.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, to be able to explain complex solution, concise manner.
- Good in troubleshooting application issue and provide fast solution.
- Willing to learn from taking calculated risk and mistakes and ability to make continuous improvements
