Collabera is looking for an

Application Support Level 1 (Mandarin Speaker)

to join our team in

Shah Alam

, Selangor, Malaysia.

This role is open to both local and foreign professionals who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences and have strong proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Job Requirements:



- Deliver high-quality application support and customer service to end users through effective communication (phone, email, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, applications, and software.

- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, collaborative, and positive culture.

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- Contribute as a subject matter expert by creating and reviewing technical knowledge articles for internal and external users.

- Identify issues and log defects to support software improvements.

- Provide assistance in other technical areas of software support as required by customers and business needs.

Qualifications:



- Strong command of English and Mandarin (read & write).

- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service (fresh grads are welcome too!).

- Flexibility to work night shifts.
