Job Title: Application Support
Duties and Responsibilities:
Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
Providing technical support to teams within the bank which includes (but not limited to) production support on complaints from end users and customers, infrastructure activities, security initiatives, disaster recovery exercises and other activities related to supported applications.
Assisting with systems integrations and deployment activities
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Added Advantage \xe2\x80\x93 knowledge on OpenShift Container Platform.

Windows, AIX-Unix, Linux
Java
WebSphere
Oracle/DB2 & MYSQL database.
Experience:
2 to 3 years Experience.
