Position : Application Support Specialist Salary : Open for discussion Location : Kepong Working Days / Time : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm / Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri Job summary This role required to be onsite for installation and maintenance of software applications for customers in order for streamlining their business operations. This role also required to be on standby (on-call) roster duty to support users remotely at overseas. Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Required to do onsite installation from hardware to systems especially new users. \xc2\xb7 Perform onsite training to users and presentation to new and existing users on product features. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and develop of documentation on software user guide and software customisation request including software testing. \xc2\xb7 Provide user support enquiries regarding Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues including remote troubleshooting and debugging of systems. \xc2\xb7 Track, follow-up and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s outstanding issues based on ticketing system. Requirement \xc2\xb7 Candidate with at least diploma in IT related field. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field. \xc2\xb7 Good command in written and spoken English. \xc2\xb7 Good in SQL command and networking. \xc2\xb7 Ability in multitasking, fast learner and set priorities of work within deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Product training will be provided. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month Benefits:
