Provides 2nd level support and problem-solving expertise concerning complex technical issues of application, infrastructure, data processing, tools etc. to ensure that a robust, maintainable, high-quality, standards-compliant business applications software environment is developed and maintained. Ensures that all agreed targets, SLA and Metrics are met.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned events and incidents through to restoration and collaborate with other support teams within the organization and external suppliers. Maintains quality standards and policies. Identifies opportunities for improvement. Liaises with the development team to overcome known problems and fulfil user.

As an Application Support Specialist, having proficient knowledge in MEAN Stack is a must. Very good knowledge of Cloud hosting in OpenShift, Containerization and CI/CD will also be an integral part of this role.
