Job description
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
Provide hands-on leadership across development and support activities for strategic billing systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical standards.
Act as escalation point for complex incidents and delivery challenges, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, architecture, and business operations to ensure seamless integration and support.
Monitor and report on team performance, delivery timelines, and system health, using metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
Support vendor engagement and contract oversight where external resources are involved in delivery or support.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for billing systems modernization and transformation.
