Overview:We are looking for a candidate to join our team as AR Accountant, Credit Controller for IDG business units based in APAC. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

xc2xb7 Monitor financial aspects in contracts
xc2xb7 Audit all billings batches to ensure accuracy and completeness
xc2xb7 Post billing batches to accounts receivable
xc2xb7 Tie daily cash batches to bank report and post to accounts receivable
xc2xb7 Submit invoices through email/ client portals
xc2xb7 Maintain accounts receivable through bad debt write offs, match offs, credits, and refunds
xc2xb7 Prepare intercompany reports and confirm balances with local entities
xc2xb7 Collect past due receivables through dunning letter, emails and telephone
xc2xb7 Solve collection issues e.g. billing disputes Qualifications:xc2xb7 Very good command of English, other languages will be a plus
xc2xb7 Working knowledge of ERP, preferable SunSystems
xc2xb7 Knowledge of general accounting principles
xc2xb7 Proficient in MS Office package, in particular Excel
xc2xb7 Client service oriented with the ability to build strong positive team relationships
xc2xb7 Solid organizational and multitasking skills
xc2xb7 Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
xc2xb7 Strong communication skills
