Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple roles of Accounts Receivable AR Team lead (Cash App & Collection)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approximately 5- 10 people
• Take charge of Cash application & Collection activities
• Ensure cash allocations, collections, reconciliations and reports are completed accurately and timely according to company guidelines and Internal Control System (ICS) framework, improve DSO\'s and bad debts are minimized
• Regular review AR ageing and ensure all collections are accounted in SAP
• Coordinate and review monthly close of all order to cash related accounts
• Review Accounts Receivable related Reports generated by Team- Ageing, Day Sales Outstanding (DSO),Sales Manager & team reports, Actual v/s forecast collection report, etc and circulate to Country Finance Team for performance management.
• Stakeholder engagement with Sales & Customer Service in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections, i.e dispute resolution & contract issues.
• Prepare and support documentation for bank purposes (Letter of credit, Bank Guarantee) for Country Finance when required
• Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with management and team to achieve objectives.

Main Requirements

• MINIMUM 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Senior AR Candidate with confidence in stepping up as a lead is welcome to apply
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
• SAP knowledge will be great but not required
• Prior experience in SSC environment / International MNC background will be advantageous
