Ar Analyst (industrial)(shah Alam)

Job Description
The role requires you to analyze debtors and creditors within the credit control function, you would be liaising with multiple stakeholders. The role is reporting to the Finance Manager.This role would require you to:
- Analyse and monitor customer accounts receivable balances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer payment records.
- Communicate with clients to address payment issues and obtain necessary documents.
- Generate and reconcile customer accounts receivable reports.
- Identify trends and inefficiencies in AR data to improve collection processes.
- Prepare reports on account ages, delinquency rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies for AR.
- Liaise with bankers, customers, regional managers, sales managers and other stakeholders
- Travel to the customer\'s site occasionally
- At least a university degree in accounting or business administration, or Chartered, Certified or Certified Professional Accountant is accepted.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in analysis
- Preferably one with previous experience in credit control
