Planning and implementing Ar-Rahnu's account retention activities including reviewing existing client accounts to identify sales potential and to look for new business opportunities.\
Conduct counter-negotiation services on Ar-Rahnu products and strive to attract customers with the benefits and privileges of the products offered.
Process Ar-Rahnu account application which includes customer credit rating, the estimated value of jewelry, loan approval and account opening.
Ensure delivery of product delivery within the specified period of work (TAT).
Ensure that all jewelry is kept in a safe place based on the specified policy and work process.
To execute account settlement and ensure that all Bank claims to customers have been fully settled before the return of the jewelry is made.
Understand and ensure that all the requirements in the MO138 (Operational Management and Control) manual and PM303 and PL303 (Ar-Rahnu Manual) are properly complied with.
Conduct updating of status and maintenance of data of customer/financing information in BDS / CCRIS / Ar-Rahnu system and so on.
Carry out responsibilities under the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AMLATFA) Act, Bank Negara Malaysia Guidelines and other Bank's policies & procedures.
Carry out the duties and responsibilities of the work provided by the Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTSEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in business or Management or related discipline.
Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in Ar-Rahnu Assessor or branch management.
Exposure as Branch Assessor or Branch Operations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of Ar-Rahnu regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate staff.
