Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Tasks & responsibilities
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, designing, sketching, rendering & Microsoft software.
Preparing conceptual & sketch proposals.
Taking notes and following up projects or other assignments.
Preparing documents & drawings for submission or construction purposes
To coordinate with Client, Local Authority, Consultants or contractors for all building and submission matters.
To involve in construction implementation.
Site visit for site analysis, site measurement and check if work done in accordance with drawings.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work overtime if required.
Able to start work ASAP.
