ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D models to illustrate design concepts
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design vision and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Architecture and Construction Drawings skills
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
• Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Experience preferring

• Experience in commercial government and corporate project.
• Experience in preparing drawings, technical drawing, details drawing, specification and familiar with product architecture and interior design.
• Experience in fast track project.
• Experience do site coordination with others item such as C&S and M&E works.
• Experience in site management and subcon management.
• Experience in material ordering.
• Experience in handle project and commitment in delivery task on time.
• Experience in meeting with consultant and client.
• Building architects design commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and recreational buildings and plan and monitor their construction, maintenance and rehabilitation.\\

Task

• Developing new or improved architectural theories and methods;
• Inspecting sites and consulting clients, management and other stakeholders to determine type, style and size of proposed buildings and alterations to existing buildings;
• Providing information regarding designs, materials and estimated building times;
• Preparing project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, and integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs;
• Writing specifications and contract documents for use by builders and calling tenders on behalf of clients;
• Making necessary contacts to ensure feasibility of projects regarding style, cost, timing and compliance with regulations;
• Identifying and finding best solutions for problems regarding function and quality of interior environments of buildings and making necessary designs, drawings and plans;
• Monitoring construction or rehabilitation work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;
• Maintaining technical liaison and consultancy with other relevant specialists.
• Site Management and Site Coordination
• Submission of material approval, selection of material, shop drawing, as built drawing, sample material n etc.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate proposed designs.\xe2\x80\xa2 Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax.\xe2\x80\xa2 Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design concept, budget, and timeline.\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design plans.\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.\xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
