Requirements
Location: Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru Offices

We are seeking three experienced Intermediate to Senior Architects to join our Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru teams. Candidates must have strong experience in high-rise and mixed development projects, excellent design and technical skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept design through to CCC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead architectural design and project delivery for high-rise and mixed development projects in Kuala Lumpur.
• Oversee design proposals, authority submissions, tender documentation, and construction coordination.
• Ensure all designs comply with UBBL, planning guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and design matters.
• Review shop drawings, conduct site visits, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 6-10 years experience with strong exposure to high-rise and mixed development projects in Malaysia.
• Proven portfolio showing completed projects from concept stage up to CCC.
• Solid knowledge of UBBL, local authority procedures, and construction detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Sketchup and common architectural software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
