Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Developing conceptual architectural designs and detailed plans for a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

-Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, sales & marketing professionals to ensure seamless project delivery

-Ensuring designs adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

-Overseeing the technical aspects of projects, including construction documentation and site inspections

-Providing design expertise and guidance to support the company's strategic initiatives and new business opportunities

-Actively participating in the research and implementation of innovative, eco-friendly design solutions

Job Requirements:

-Master's degree in Architecture

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects

-Proficient in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

-Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

-Passion for creating innovative, high-quality architectural solutions that enhance the built environment

Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
