- Coordination and manage Design for sites.
- Preparation of Bond Size layout (BSLO) for CODO and DODO sites (i.e. Stake Holder Site Visit (SHSV), Preliminary Layout, Fuel System Layout, Approved Layout, Fuel System Layout etc.).
- Regular update, checking and review of submission and construction drawings by Consultants and Dealers.
- Providing design solutions and standards to Dealers and Investors.
- Conducting site inspections/scoping, 60% and 80% site inspection with report for CODO and DODO sites.
- Preparation of RNEG Guidebook development and drafting.
- Various of Special Project (Special Project Lead for specific assigned task).
- Developing 3D graphics and animations for special projects / request by stake holders.
- Degree in Architecture with outstanding academic results or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in design and construction / office engineering works.
- Willing to travel for site visit, inspections and meeting and possess own transport with valid
driving license (minimum class D). - Able to speak and write well both in English and Bahasa Melayu with strong presentation and
communication skills. - Knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, 3D software and rendering (Sketchup, V-ray etc.), graphic and
editing software (Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Adobe Illustrator (Ai) etc. - A team player who is resourceful and able to multi-task.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
