Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

: Meet clients to define needs, manage expectations, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Design Development

: Develop design concepts, create scaled drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software (AutoCAD, Revit).

Technical Documentation

: Prepare detailed specifications, construction documents, feasibility studies, and contracts.

Coordination

: Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate all building systems.

Compliance

: Ensure designs meet zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Site Supervision

: Visit worksites to monitor construction progress and adherence to plans.

Budget & Timelines

: Provide cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong visualization and technical design skills. Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities. Knowledge of construction materials, technologies, and regulations. Creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
