Job Description
ASSISTANT ARCHITECT / GRADUATE ARCHITECT
We are hiring enthusiastic architects to join us in conducting architecture and interior design projects conceptualization to completion.
Responsibilities
- Preparing drawings and documents for presentation to client, submission to authorities, tender, and construction
- Liaising and follow-up with authorities
- Generating design in 3D and rendering perspectives
- Assist in coordination with consultants and project managers
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- At least 2 years of working experience in consultant firms
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, Lumion, and MS Office
- Experience in Revit an added advantage
- Preferably possess own transportation
- Good verbal and written communication skills in BM and English
- Gaining professional development
- Practicing UBBL, SPA, and PAM Building Contract
- Working under supervision of professional architect
- 5 days work
- Free car park
