• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or architectural coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials.
• Able to lead a team, communicate clearly, and handle site challenges.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural software (added advantage).
• Willing to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress aligns with architectural plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding of drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and quality standards.
• Manage timelines, monitor project schedules, and solve on-site issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
• Verify material usage and quality before installation.
