Teraju Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Supervisor Architect
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and monitoring site progress to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor architectural works at project sites.
Ensure construction works comply with architectural drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and site issues.
Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation.
Ensure site safety, quality control, and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in site supervision or architectural coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and relevant standards.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
