• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
• Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
• Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
• May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

• Master\'s / Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred.
• Minimally 3-5 years of experience in preferably in Railway/Transport projects
• Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage.
• Experience in leading the end-to-end large scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently.
• Project experience in commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors will be helpful
• Good knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, Sketch-up
