Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design
• Experience in an architecture firm or design studio
• (Optional) Working towards architectural registration/license

Skills & Tools

• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, or Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Good communication in Mandarin and teamwork skills

Tanggungjawab
Design Development

• Create architectural concepts, layouts, and 3D models for buildings or interiors.
• Prepare schematic designs, space planning layouts, and material selections.
• Translate client requirements and site constraints into creative, practical design solutions.

Technical Documentation

• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Coordinate closely with M&E, structural, and civil engineers, as well as external consultants.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

Visualization & Presentation

• Create high-quality renderings, mood boards, and presentation decks for client proposals.
• Effectively communicate design ideas through sketches and digital tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or Enscape.

Project Coordination

• Support project architects or senior designers in managing design updates and revisions.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the design intent is accurately executed.
• Assist in site inspections, progress reviews, and documentation during project implementation.
