Liaise with the engineers, architects and other divisions on draughting work requirements, to clarify and obtain information, and clarify the extent of work required. Develop construction details that comply with the overall design intent and project budget. Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and dimensions. Conduct existing conditions survey and research materials for specific projects. Assist in minor administrative duties and/or materials ordering when drawings are completed / not needed. Responsible for the development of project-specific details and the preparation and coordination of clear, concise drawings. Supervise the work of the team, set schedules, and create administrative procedures. Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Candidates with experience in C&S, Infrastructure and Architecture trade of drafting will be preferred for this role. At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
