Requirements
Job Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in using AutoCAD or similar drafting software, with strong proficiency in producing precise 2D drawings.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, coordinate with various departments, and meet deadlines set by superiors and the project team.
- Revit / BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in high-rise project drafting is a strong plus.
- Capable of preparing detailed 2D submission drawings for consultant reviews, addressing and incorporating all technical comments as required.
- Familiarity with basic UBBL provisions and local authority submission requirements.
- Possesses a Diploma, Certification, or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and a solid understanding of architectural documentation standards.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, high-quality drawings including Design Development (DD), Development Order (D.O.), Building Plan (BP), Tender, and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Implement and independently manage project drawings, revisions, and updates to support all project phases from design to construction.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings, documentation, and technical reports, and assist in coordinating all elements of design development and site implementation, including updates in shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Collaborate closely with the technical, project, and design teams to understand design issues, resolve discrepancies, and propose practical solutions that meet the intended design objectives.
- Ensure all drawings meet authority compliance requirements, industry standards, and internal quality expectations.
- Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and documentation for smooth workflow
