Job Responsibility Basic Knowledge and Understanding is essential. Determine the Clients\' requirement of the Project. Specify Materials and Furnishings, such as Lighting, Furniture, Wall Finishes, Flooring, Plumbing Fixtures & etc. Work involves Creating, Designing, Modeling and producing Prototypes. Create a Timeline for the Interior Design Project and estimate Project Costs. To Develop Concept and Design Proposal for Residential and Commercial Project. To Produce and Assist in all Aspects of the Design Process from Space Planning, Mood Board, 3D Render and Technical Drawings. Possess a Refined Taste in Matching Materials, Texture & Color. Perform Site Visit to ensure All Construction Works are Well Finished and done in accordance to Construction Drawings. Job Requirements Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent. Required Skills(s) : AutoCAD, 3D Max, Kujlale, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, or relevant 3D Software. Required Language(s) : English and Mandarin. Good Attitude and willing to Learn. Independent and Responsible with excellent Communication Skills. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Able to Start Work Immediately. Job Benifits KWSP & SOCSO included.
