Job Description


- Ensure drawings are accurate & timely in alignment produced by the drafting & subcontractors. - Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability & impact on different disciplines. - Relate design intent from architectural/design consultant to buildable construction shop drawings. - Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted, details are workable & coordinated with other trades. - Liaise with architect, design consultant & sub-contractors on design intent & technical issues. - Coordinate between architectural team & consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings. Job Specification: - Team player with positive thinking, strong leadership skill, flexible & respectful. - Self motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill. - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduated Diploma, Professional Certificates/ Bachelor\'s Degree in related field. - Preferably with 3 - 5 years and above working experience in constructions project. - Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an added advantage. - Willing to travel. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sarikei: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
