Implementing kitchen skill, training of kitchen personnel, carry out food research and improvement on food quality.
High awareness on company standards concerning food production, food presentation, food handling, controlling procedures and F&B sanitation and healthy guidelines.
Supervise and train kitchen crews on a face to face basis where the strong and weak. points are noted for future improvement.
Conduct monthly audit and update feedback to management for improvement purposes.
Possess knowledge to resolve kitchen maintenance issues on machinery, equipment, other techinal issues amicably.
Proven record on tabulating costing for all menus.
Ability to cook on local Malaysian cuisine, preferably to recommend Chinese Muslim menus.
Understanding on halal compliance.
