Job responsibility 1) Efficiency: Responsible for maintenance efficiency in area: Safety results, Area Quality results, R&M losses. Area Maintenance Budget, spare part stock value 2) Maintenance process: Responsible for the production machineries planned maintenance process, its planning, fulfilment, documentation, and continuous improvement (including inspections, lubrication, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, Machine Tolerance Checks, big repairs) 3) Maintenance process: Responsible for unplanned maintenance process to ensure coordination of maintenance staff, diagnostic, repair, and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns in accordance with area production priorities. 4) Strategy: Responsible for the implementation of the local Maintenance strategy in the area (including TPM implementation support, maintenance processes improvements including Computerized Maintenance Management System, interfaces with other departments, condition monitoring tools implementation). 5) ESH: i) Responsible for insuring Environment, Safety and Health requirement fulfilment in responsibility. Inform and involve employees on ESH issues. ii) Responsible to ensure Local Exhaust Emission for the area is according to regulation. 6) Costs: Responsible for planning, follow-up of the Area Maintenance budget and for optimization of spare parts storage stock level. 7) HR: Responsible for management, development, and training of Area maintenance staff 8) Improvement: Responsible for the identification, analysis, and implementation of potential technical improvements on production machineries. Job Requirements - Expert in Technical Controls, Drives, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge - Advanced in Tire manufacturing knowledge - Advanced in English - Advanced in MS-Office software and Lotus notes - Advanced in Maintenance methods, tools, and processes (TPM, Preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis tools - Advanced in SAP-PM - Basic in Project management - Advanced in Assertiveness with external suppliers - Education / Certification: Technical degree or Diploma with more 5-year experience or Degree with minimum 2-year experience. - Professional Experience: 5 years maintenance experience if possible, in manufacturing industry and must have supervisor management skill. - Project / process experience: Has led several machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade, or installation projects - Leadership experience: Management of a technical team for at least 2 year - Intercultural / International Experience: Has had regular international contacts through projects, colleagues, or suppliers. Willingness for training on the machinery in European and suppliers\' plant for 9 months
