Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or area management role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of outlet operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze sales data and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Tanggungjawab

• Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure sales targets, profitability, and KPIs are achieved across all outlets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and team leaders to improve performance and staff retention.
• Monitor compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and customer service quality.
• Analyze sales performance, operational reports, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with HQ departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support recruitment, training, and manpower planning for outlets.
• Assist in executing promotions, campaigns, and new outlet openings.
